Classes

Let me teach you some of my skills that make life a little more interesting.

Urban Foraging

Take a walk with me through your neighborhood and learn about the seasonal foods growing in wild spaces and how to prepare them.

Bread Making

Learn how to make a couple simple healthy breads in your home that will save you money and taste better than store bought. Includes ingredients for one multigrain loaf.

Zero-Waste Sewing

Learn how to make simple clothing that doesn’t waste fabric. Turn old linens into comfortable clothing, save money, and reduce your environmental impact.

Crochet

Crocheting is known to reduce stress and anxiety. Start with simple square and circle wash cloths then let your imagination guide you. Includes 1 skein of yarn and a crochet hook.

How-to-Ride a Bicycle

Regardless of age, nearly everyone can learn to ride a bicycle. The how-to-ride class starts with a brief overview of the bicycle. Then we work on balance and work our way up to pedaling and control. If you aren't riding within the hour I will meet up with you again for free to get you riding. You can do it!

Organizing Service

$20/hr.

Feeling overwhelmed by all the stuff in your home? Find it difficult to locate things? Trust me, I’ve been there. That’s why I know it is easier to have an outside person tackle the ADHD-fueled chaos and relieve the anxiety that sometimes accompanies our material belongings. I can organize any room, closet, or cabinet to help bring more harmony to your life with zero judgment.

Dinner Service

Need someone to cook for an upcoming dinner party or date night? You can count on me to prepare a fresh meal completely from scratch that meets your specific dietary requirements.

  • Experience with preparing low-glycemic index meals for diabetics, including accurate carb counts
  • Vegan, Gluten-free, and allergen-free menus available.

Historical Costuming

Project-based pricing

Sometimes my minor in History needs to come out to play too. Historically accurate costuming services are available with potentially extended turn-around times. These projects are very time-consuming and I don’t want to promise I can meet a deadline then have an autoimmune flareup and not be able to finish it in time for an event. Planning months in advance, awesome! Let’s make something fun.
